Hi, my name is Will de Ryk and I am beginning my 38th year of being an agent, and my 20th year of owning the agency.
Hobbies and Passions
My wife, Tracy, and I are very fortunate to have both our daughters and their families live in the county. We have five grandchildren that keep us very busy. Aside from that I fish and hunt (poorly) and try to camp with my wife around the area.

Community Involvement
I think it is important in a small community to be involved in any way possible. I have lived in Wyoming my entire life, and as a previous teacher and coach, I was involved with youth athletics and sports camps. I would like to continue involvement with our youth volunteer programs and lend my hand now from a different perspective. I have been a member of the Palmer Canyon Fire Department for the last 6 years and plan to continue this volunteerism.
Hobbies and Passion
I am an avid sportsman, golfer and enjoy being able to get outdoors. I spend a lot of my spare time hunting and fishing throughout the year and enjoying all the great experiences that Wyoming has to offer. I also enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife, Natalie, and children, Carter and Madison. Luckily, we share a lot of the same hobbies and passions which makes these experiences that much better!
Having lived in Wyoming my entire life, I know the area and its communities very well. I value the people here and appreciate what makes each town unique. Over the years, I’ve been involved in highway cleanups, volunteered at various community events, and participated in food drives. I truly enjoy being active in the community—supporting longtime residents and helping welcome new ones.
I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, getting out on the golf course, and traveling to new places whenever I can. I appreciate the balance of staying active and making time to relax and explore.
Hello, my name is Crystal Burgett, and I have just started my new journey with the Woolington agency in the Douglas office. The team has been great, and always very helpful in teaching me about the industry.
I have lived in Wyoming all my life and grew up in Douglas. I have two daughters a son and three grandkids. My biggest joy is watching my grandkids as they grow up and participating in school and sports activities. My happy place is being outdoors with my family kayaking, fishing, and traveling with my youngest daughter for Ranch Sorting.
